I became the Business Mechanic after 20+ years of being dropped into underperforming operations across multiple industries and turning them around. And after seeing the same patterns repeat again and again, one truth became clear:

A Simple Example of How I Think

I once watched a woman on her way to work drop a bottle of water, cracking the bottom.
No trash can nearby, she started to pour it out on the ground.

I stopped her.

“Put the cap back on. Flip it upside down.
When you get inside, pour it into a cup.”

Same problem.
Different angle.
Cleaner solution.

That’s what I do inside a business:
shift the angle, reduce the waste, protect the structure.

My Approach Is Different

I’m not here to sell you someone else’s tools.

Even a prefabricated house needs level ground before it can be set in place.
Business is the same.
